If your order is to be sent outside the UK please send us an e-mail with the details via our contact page and we will get back to you quickly with the shipping cost.
Here at Giftaholics, we want to deliver your purchases in the quickest and safest possible way. Products will normally be shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified and a dispatch notification e-mail will be sent to you once your parcel is on it's way.
Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail or Courier dependant on the weight of your parcel and items should be with you within 2-5 working days of your order being dispatched unless otherwise notified. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail or Courier service.
PAYMENT Giftaholics is a secure shopping site and we accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processing partner, Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. Please note that we are unable to dispatch an order until payment has been received and has cleared.
PRIVACY We only request personal information from you such as your e-mail address to enable us to contact you regarding your order and to process delivery and payment. Our data collection and storage is governed by the Data Protection Act. Our mailing list and email list are solely for our use and we will never pass your personal details on to other companies.

AVAILABILITY All products on the site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or given a full refund.
At Giftaholics we are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but if you do decide to return any item bought from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund excluding any postage, providing they are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition in the original packaging. Notice must be given in writing via e-mail within seven days of receiving your order, your reason for return, order number and description, prior to sending back the item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of any postage incurred for the return of the item, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is faulty. Please note we are not liable for any packages lost in the post, and therefore suggest you return your item using a trackable method such as Royal Mail recorded delivery.
